Just a few words to describe the multifaceted ministry of Kim Che’re!

At a young age, Kim Che’re flourished in the areas of singing, dancing and acting. She continues to perfect her gifts through continuing education and personal devotion.


Kim Che’re, a native New Yorker, made a home in New Orleans, Louisiana in the late ‘90’s. She shared her voice with the city of New Orleans as a radio announcer for KKNO, K75 AM and PRAISE 94.9 FM.  She graciously serves as Minister of Music at New Home Family Worship Center where Bishop R.C Blakes Jr. is the Pastor. Kim Che’re also teaches vocal music and modern dance in the Orleans and Jefferson Parish school systems.


Kim Che’re has been one of the main acts at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival since 2007. She is a part of the Academic Division of the Gospel Music Workshop of America. Kim Che’re can be seen and heard on the big screen and in support of many National Recording Artists.


Kim Che’re released her first CD Project entitled “Free To Be Me”. Through her latest endeavor MUSIQ WORKS, LLC. Kim Che’re will release her next project in 2016!

Kim Che’re continues to minister through conferences, Praise & Worship Seminars, Choral and Liturgical Dance Workshops!
